Track two — sell-through

A partnered program built to move product off your shelf, market by market.

Manufacturers ship the product and the co-op dollars; the local demand is supposed to come from somewhere. Terramand partners with independent distribution to run a sell-through program — branch-level presence, product campaigns synchronised with the lines you carry, outreach to your own account base, and a report that shows what moved.

Built for

  • Independent industrial distributors
  • Construction and building-materials dealers
  • Multi-branch regional distributors
  • Buying-group members
  • Specialty and category distributors

Accelerate sell-through in your local markets.

What gets in the way

Three problems this track is built to fix.

the consultation starts here

  1. 01

    Co-op left on the table

Manufacturer marketing funds go unused or get spent on a flyer nobody measured, because no one at the branch owns local marketing as a job.

  2. 02

    Inventory without a local story

New lines land with a national campaign behind them and nothing at the counter, in the local feed, or in your customers' inboxes to connect the two.

  3. 03

    Dormant accounts nobody calls

The account list holds hundreds of customers who bought once. Outside reps are stretched, inside sales is busy, and the reactivation call never happens.

What we run

The Sell-Through program

A program we run with you and, where the manufacturer participates, with them: local presence for each branch, product campaigns in step with the lines you stock, systematic outreach to your account base, and sell-through reporting by branch and line.

Why we do it this way

A module only makes the program if it has a measurable job. Anything that cannot show up in the monthly number is not on this list.

  1. Branch-level local presence

Each location gets a maintained profile, listings and review flow, so the contractor searching for a product near a job site finds your branch, not a big-box result.

  2. Product campaigns, synchronised

When a manufacturer launches or promotes, the local version runs on your channels — social, email, counter materials — timed to the national push and to your inventory.

  3. Account-base outreach

Segmented email to your customer list by product category and purchase history, plus AI outbound calling to reactivate dormant accounts and set rep visits — every call disclosed and transcribed.

  4. Co-op and partner funding

We document the program so manufacturer co-op can fund it where the rules allow, and structure shared programs when the manufacturer wants to participate directly.

  5. Sell-through reporting

Inquiries, quotes and reactivated accounts by branch and by line, monthly — the report a manufacturer partner can read too.

Email marketing

Campaign and automated email to your own list — customers, dealers, distributor accounts, or homeowners — built from the same content the social track produces, sent on real behaviour rather than a fixed blast calendar.

Priced by list size. Available on every track.

AI outbound calling

Structured calling campaigns run by an AI voice agent over your account or customer list — reactivating dormant accounts, confirming details ahead of a promotion or show, and handing warm conversations to a person. Every call carries a recording disclosure and a transcript you can read.

Scoped per campaign by list size and call objective. Available on every track.

AI inbound appointment setting

Inbound calls and inquiries answered immediately, qualified with a short set of questions, and booked into agreed windows for your team — a counter visit, a rep call, a site estimate. Complex or sensitive calls route to a person.

Configured to your calendar rules and hand-off contacts. Available on every track.

Paid advertising

Search, local services and paid social run in your own ad accounts, with tracking configured before the first dollar is spent so the report shows customers, not clicks.

Managed as a share of spend, in accounts you own.

Add-ons are scoped in the plan, not sold on a menu. Each is configured per engagement and appears in the monthly report with its own line.

How it starts

Ninety days, three windows, something you can hold at the end of each.

  1. Days 1–30

    Diagnose

We review each branch's local presence, your account list, the lines with unspent co-op, and how inbound inquiries reach a person today — then hand you the written assessment and program plan.

  2. Days 31–60

    Build

Branch profiles and listings repaired, the account list segmented, the first synchronised product campaign scheduled, and outbound calling scripts approved and tested with you.

  3. Days 61–90

    Run and report

The first campaign and calling wave run. The first sell-through report lands, and we adjust lines, segments and cadence with you and, where relevant, the manufacturer partner.

Timelines are the standard sequence, not a guarantee. Approval turnaround and access timing are agreed at kickoff and written into your plan.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Often, in part. We build the program documentation co-op rules typically require — pre-approval, proof of performance, brand compliance — and structure it so the manufacturer can participate directly when they want to.
