Our approach
Rooted in strategy. Built for growth.
Three audiences, one way of working. A contractor's local market, a distributor's sell-through and a manufacturer's national voice are different problems — but the discipline that solves them is the same, and it is written down here.
The short version
- Strategy before activity
- Every platform has a job
- Follow-up is a system, not a hope
- Real numbers only
Strategy before activity
Every engagement opens with a written diagnosis of where you stand and a plan in priority order. Nothing is posted, sent or spent until the plan says why. The research happens before the proposal, and the strategy session is where we decide which parts apply to you.
Every platform has a job
Different sites have different purposes and reward different behaviour, so each gets its own messaging, structure and cadence. If a channel does not have a defined job in your plan, it does not get a posting calendar — however fashionable it is this year.
Follow-up is a system, not a hope
Inquiries are acknowledged the minute they arrive, quotes are followed up on a schedule, past customers and dormant accounts hear from you on purpose. Email and AI calling do the remembering, and a person does the conversation.
Real numbers only
Every figure in a report says where it came from — live, sample, or not yet connected. We would rather show you a gap than a number that is not real, and we report customers and sales, not clicks.
Across the three tracks
The same engine, pointed three ways.
Four modules make up every program. What changes by track is who they are aimed at and what the monthly number counts.
| No.01Contractors | No.02Distributors | No.03Manufacturers | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Presence | Listings, reviews and a site that turns a local search into a call. | A maintained profile and review flow for every branch. | Brand accounts set up and structured for the whole channel. |
| Social voice | A local cadence on the platforms your customers use, under your admin. | Product campaigns synchronised with the lines you stock. | The entire national track — strategy, production, publishing, engagement. |
| Follow-up | Missed-call text-back, quote follow-up, review asks, reactivation. | Segmented email to the account base; AI calling to dormant accounts. | Dealer and distributor email; inbound setting for rep visits. |
| Reporting | Inquiries, booked jobs and cost per new customer by channel. | Inquiries, quotes and reactivated accounts by branch and by line. | Reach and engagement by platform and campaign, with provenance. |
Add-ons on every track
Email, calling and advertising, when the plan calls for them.
Four add-ons attach to any track. Each is scoped in your plan, configured per engagement, and reported on its own line.
email is priced by list size — ask
01
Email marketing
Campaign and automated email to your own list — customers, dealers, distributor accounts, or homeowners — built from the same content the social track produces, sent on real behaviour rather than a fixed blast calendar.
Priced by list size. Available on every track.
02
AI outbound calling
Structured calling campaigns run by an AI voice agent over your account or customer list — reactivating dormant accounts, confirming details ahead of a promotion or show, and handing warm conversations to a person. Every call carries a recording disclosure and a transcript you can read.
Scoped per campaign by list size and call objective. Available on every track.
03
AI inbound appointment setting
Inbound calls and inquiries answered immediately, qualified with a short set of questions, and booked into agreed windows for your team — a counter visit, a rep call, a site estimate. Complex or sensitive calls route to a person.
Configured to your calendar rules and hand-off contacts. Available on every track.
04
Paid advertising
Search, local services and paid social run in your own ad accounts, with tracking configured before the first dollar is spent so the report shows customers, not clicks.
Managed as a share of spend, in accounts you own.
What we will not do
The limits, in writing.
These are constraints built into how the platform works and how our team is allowed to use it — not aspirations.
- No number is invented. Anything not backed by connected data is labelled, never estimated silently.
- Nothing AI-drafted publishes unreviewed. A person edits every post, page and message before it goes live.
- Every AI-placed call opens with a recording disclosure and produces a transcript you can read.
- You own the accounts, the site, the lists and the content from day one. Our access is granted by you and revocable.
- No ad retargeting or data resale. Your customers' data is used for your marketing and nothing else.
Next step
Tell us which of the three sounds like you.
A person replies within one business day. We review your public presence before the call and spend thirty minutes on where this approach applies to your business. No obligation.
A thirty-minute conversation with a person. No obligation.

Social, specifically
Different sites, different purposes. Each one gets its own messaging, structure and strategy.
This is the part that gets buried under a posting calendar, so it gets its own table. The job decides the activity — not the other way around.
Why we do it this way
Posting the same image to seven feeds is a checkbox. A platform without a job in your plan gets no calendar at all.
Two cents a day: the brand drops one genuinely useful opinion, answer, or piece of feedback somewhere every working day. Posting is the billboard; engagement is the handshake — and the handshake is what the algorithms and the neighbors both reward.
