AI, honestly
What AI does here. No hype, no black box.
We use AI for a specific, limited set of tasks where it is genuinely useful, and we are explicit about what it doesn't do. Every application below is documented the same way: what it does, what it doesn't, and whether it is delivered today, configured per engagement, or planned.
The one rule
AI never invents a number.
Real figures are passed in from your source systems with their provenance attached. A model summarizing your data is doing analysis. A model producing a figure from nothing is doing fiction — and the platform is built so it can’t.
What it does
Four applications, each labeled as delivered, configured per engagement, or planned.
Reporting and transcript summarization
What it does
Condenses call notes, CRM records, and monthly performance data into a summary a busy owner can read — delivered as part of the monthly report.
What it doesn’t
Doesn't invent a metric that isn't in the underlying data. Every summary traces back to the real numbers behind it.
Drafting support
What it does
Drafts a first pass of service pages, ad variants, review responses, and follow-up copy from your real business details, which a person edits before anything goes live.
What it doesn’t
Doesn't publish unreviewed, and doesn't fabricate details about your business or your customers.
Instant inquiry acknowledgment
What it does
Configured per engagement: sends an immediate acknowledgment and basic qualifying questions when an inquiry arrives, so no one sits unanswered while a person becomes available.
What it doesn’t
Doesn't negotiate price, doesn't make scheduling promises it can't keep, and always hands off to a person for the actual conversation.
After-hours and overflow call answering
What it does
Planned: answers calls when your team can't, captures the request, and schedules a callback. Offered only where it fits the engagement and after it is configured and tested with you.
What it doesn’t
Doesn't replace your team during business hours, and doesn't try to handle a complex or emotionally charged call — those route to a person.
What it doesn't
The limits we put in writing.
These are not aspirations. They are constraints built into how the platform works and how our team is allowed to use it.
Invent a metric. Every number in your report comes from a source with a date range. If we can't source it, we don't publish it.
Make the strategy call. AI proposes; a named strategist decides.
Pretend to be a person. Anything a customer talks to identifies itself as an assistant and hands off to a person on request.
Publish unreviewed. No AI-written page, ad or email goes live without a human edit — the details of your business are exactly where generated text gets things wrong.
Train third-party models on your business data. Your data is used to run your account, not to build somebody's product.
Replace your team. It buys them time on the conversations that matter; it doesn't take those conversations.
Your data
What we do with what you give us.
- Scope
- Your CRM records, call notes and ad data are used to run your account and produce your reporting. Nothing else.
- Retention
- Held for the life of the engagement plus the retention window in your agreement, then deleted on request.
- Third parties
- Model providers process data under agreements that prohibit training on it. We name every provider in your contract.
- Recordings
- Where call recording is configured, it follows your state's consent law, and the disclosure is agreed with you before it is turned on.
Straight answers
AI questions we get
We use AI for a small number of specific, well-scoped tasks — summarizing reports and call notes, drafting copy that a person edits before it goes live, and, where it fits the engagement, acknowledging inquiries instantly with a clear hand-off to a person. We are explicit with you about what each application does and doesn't do, and we don't use it for anything that requires real judgment or a sensitive customer conversation.
Judge it on output
Ask us to show the work, not the buzzwords.
In a strategy session we will walk you through exactly which parts of an engagement a model touches, what a person does with the output, and what we would refuse to automate.
A thirty-minute conversation with a person. No obligation.
